GoodDirt specializes in the adaptive reuse of dilapidated communities. We provide eco-friendly, development solutions for low income communities.
GoodDirt maintains a 134 unit portfolio that
serves the heart of Atlanta.
Our Specialty
GoodDirt serves not only its residents but the greater Atlanta Community through partnering with GaskinGives to Sponsor GoodDirt Day and a GoodChristmas. Through providing housing, financial literacy courses, and additional support we seek to build a community that makes life better for all of us.
